The machine moulds display trays, commencing with a flat pre-cut blank. It consists of:

- painted carbon steel load bearing structure;

- anodised aluminium sides;

- fixed or adjustable pre-cut blank hopper, placed at a height where it does not require the use of an operator's platform;

- pre-cut blank pick-up system with a Venturi;

- mechanical or power-assisted positioned;

- mechanical or power-assisted male moulder, with safety release device;

- fixed or adjustable mould head;

- possibility of integrating the exit conveyor belt into the machine.
