The machine is used to produce concrete panels. It is equipped with horizontal and vertical shaped brushes to clean internal surfaces of the formwork, inside wich the panels are made. A suction system with pocket filters prevents dust and solid particles from polluting the work environment. After the formwork has been cleaned, a centralised system sprays the release liquid. When the preparation stage has finished, the production stage begins. Once the formwork has been filled with concrete, the machine uses a series of autometic screeds to distribute the concrete evenly inside the formwork and complete the panel surface finish. The formwork is covered with a sheet to allow controlled steam curing of the concrete.
